
Καλλιόπη ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ
Director of Research and Education at National Agency For Quality Assurance in Health, S.A. (O.DI.PY., SA) Dr Panagiotopoulou is the Director of Research and Education at National Agency for Quality Assurance in Health.
She linked her career, in the Armed Forces, with the introduction of MBO and TQM issues, by introducing KPIs system and the Common Assessment Framework (CAF). She, also linked her career as a Director of Nursing Department in Private Hospitals, with the indroduction of health care improvement policies. She is scientifically competent (Doctorate of National Kapodistrian University of Athens) and is especially trained in the field of Health Care Management (MSc in Glasgow University) and in Team and Leadership Coaching (Diploma).
Her main research work focuses on motivating and continuing professional development issues, organizational culture, leadership, emotional quotient, stress factors, occupational satisfaction and professional burnout in the health sector.
She teaches at Neapolis University Pafos, at University of Peloponnese and at Metropolitan College of Athens. She is also, an adult educator in the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA) and in the National School for Public Administration, in the sectors of Public Administration & Governance and Human Rights and Social Policy.
